The powerful woman in the room embodies strength and dignity. She does not need to raise her voice for others to understand her ideas or heed her instructions. Confidence is her shield and she wears it well. She does not panic in times of adversity because she knows that pain is fleeting and trouble does not last always. Her smile is infectious and has the power to soften a blow. She is a woman of integrity. She rules with fairness and seeks to empower those around her. Men do not intimidate her and she laughs at those who aim to scare her. Most importantly, she lives and leads by example. She's powerful and she owns it! She's strong and she knows it!

Maybe you're having a great week and you feel like you're on top of the world. If you're feeling confident in yourself, I hope that feeling lasts forever because you really are amazing! Or perhaps you're experiencing a challenging week and you don't know how much more you can endure. If you feel down and scared about something, it's okay. However, don't allow yourself to fall into a pit of self-pity. Worrying and pity won't get you far in this life, in fact worry+pity is a recipe for stagnancy and you can't grow when you are stagnant.

I hope this post inspires and makes you feel empowered. I hope you know your worth and do not allow anyone to diminish it. You are strong and capable of achieving excellence.
